2. What data we collect
2.1 Information you give us
When you submit the inquiry form, request a document, or email us, we may collect:

This is collected through cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Statement.

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Site and our business, under contract and only as needed:
- Form and email providers — the service that delivers our inquiry form submissions to our inbox (for example Web3Forms or Formspree) and our business email provider;
- Analytics and advertising — Google (Google Analytics and, if enabled, Google Ads) — see the Cookie Statement;
- Hosting and infrastructure — the provider that hosts the Site;
- Professional advisers — auditors, accountants or lawyers where necessary;
- Authorities — where we are required to do so by law.
5. International transfers
We are based in China and work with clients worldwide, so your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including China, the European Economic Area and the United States. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and project correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and to maintain our business records, and then for the period required by tax, accounting and legal rules. Automated analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the analytics service. Where we relied on consent, we keep the data until you withdraw that consent.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
